LOLER Thorough Examinations

The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) require that all lifting equipment is thoroughly examined at regular intervals. Hayden & Co provides certified LOLER examinations for trailers, plant machinery, and commercial vehicles with lifting equipment.

Statutory Compliance

LOLER examinations must be carried out by a competent person at intervals not exceeding 6 months for equipment used to lift people, and 12 months for all other lifting equipment. Failure to comply can result in prosecution and insurance invalidation.

Certification & Records

Following each examination, you receive a formal Report of Thorough Examination. We maintain records of all examinations and proactively remind you when your next inspection is due.
